Inanimate Insanity[]

"The Crappy Cliff"[]

Paintbrush was seen only a couple of times. They were about to ask a question, but MePhone4 interrupted them. They expressed their disgust as Pickle landed in the elephant feces.

"A Lemony Lesson"[]

Knife wanted Paintbrush to be in his team, noting that "he's" tall, to which Nickel asks about their gender. Paintbrush is later shown doing the challenge with Marshmallow by helping their team get lemons. Paintbrush got the third cookie at elimination, receiving no votes.

"The Arena Of Death"[]

Paintbrush competes in the rock pelting challenge along with Nickel, Knife, and Baseball. Paintbrush used their "amazing dodging skills" to avoid getting hit by Taco's rocks. Later, Paintbrush tries to save Nickel from being knocked off by OJ, but the throw was so powerful that Paintbrush got hit by the rock and collided with Nickel.

At the elimination, Paintbrush, Lightbulb and Nickel all received 0 votes, and got pencils.

"One-Shot Wonder"[]

Paintbrush is not seen during the challenge, but they are shown surprised with Team Epic that the viewers have to vote off someone from their team.

"The Stacker"[]

At the elimination, Paintbrush was safe with 33 votes at elimination and was given a Dora Doll.

During the challenge, Paintbrush is seen after stacking 2 golf balls, to their surprise. After MePhone4 announces that there are only two spots left, Paintbrush corrects him with a sing-songy exclamation of "correction!" Saying there is only one spot left, for they had stacked their final golf ball.

"War De Guacamole"[]

Being #2 in the obstacle course challenge, Paintbrush had to climb a tall ladder and jump into a huge vat of guacamole. In the first part of the obstacle course, when Nickel (#1) fell off his platform and into the elephant poop, Paintbrush jumped to his rescue in attempt to save him again. Once they reach the top of the ladder, they cheer happily, but when they jumped into the guacamole, they landed incorrectly and hurt themself. After the "It's A Ball" commercial finishes, Paintbrush hands the baton to Marshmallow (#3) while still in pain beneath the guacamole.

"Sugar Rush"[]

Paintbrush casually picked up candy as they found it during the challenge. While picking up a piece of candy, Apple accidentally threw a piece of candy at them, and they fell over. They later grabbed a piece of garbage and threw it at Apple in revenge for earlier. Paintbrush ended up having 10 pieces, and their team won, so they were immune.

"4Seeing The Future"[]

Paintbrush was only seen a few times in this episode. They were first seen running into the quicksand after OJ, but re-appearing in a smaller pool afterwards. Paintbrush was seen a second and final time with Apple after she kicked Salt into the quicksand and the two used her as a platform to get across.

"The Snowdown"

SnowDownPicture

In The Snowdown, Paintbrush reveals to Apple that Santa is not real, crushing her happiness in Christmas. Shortly after, Marshmallow told Paintbrush that they had to fix Apple. The two dress up together looking like Santa Clause and walk over to Apple, telling her that Santa is real. Later, Apple angrily demands that she sits on his lap and knocks the costume off. After Paintbrush revealed that they and Marshmallow were tricking her, Apple ran off devastated again. Marshmallow then points out that they don't have a Christmas tree, but Paintbrush gets an idea and walks back with an aluminum tree they bought from Wal-Mart. Paintbrush later yelled that their tree was way better than Team Chickenleg's pathetic one, also stating they did not care about MePhone's Christmas Spirit Theory.

In Double Digit Desert, before the challenge begins, Paintbrush begins to ask another question, but MePhone interrupts them. They instructed Marshmallow to run, but she was stuck to a cactus, so they continued through the challenge without her. Eventually, they reached where there was supposed to be a fence, happily surprised that there was none, but then it landed back on them, electrocuting them. Paintbrush was put up for elimination.

In Aquatic Conflict, Paintbrush was seen in front of The Eiffel Tower with a huge over-sized smile on their face in the slideshow. At elimination, Apple says that she hopes Paintbrush gets eliminated, who yells back at Apple. They end up receiving and unknown amount of votes, but enough to eliminated. Before Paintbrush leaves, Apple and Marshmallow ask them about their gender, but they never answered, as they were dropped into Idiotic Island.

In Inanimate Smackdown, Paintbrush and the rest of the eliminated contestants screamed in terror as Bomb hurled towards Idiotic Island.

In The Great Escape, Paintbrush and the other eliminated contestants are revealed to have survived the explosion, and together swim off Idiotic Island on a boat. However, they ended up being caught by MePhone, who sends them to an identical clone of Idiotic Island that exists for no apparent reason.

In The Tile Divide, Paintbrush is seen once again on Idiotic Island, watching as Bow plummets into her small box.

In The Penultimate Poll, Paintbrush votes for OJ to be eliminated, apparently because they still thought that their tree was better than OJ's tree in Episode 9, stating it "hurts them more every day".

In Journey Through Memory Lane (Part 1), Paintbrush disagrees with Baseball's statement about Idiotic Island, and begins to say the one thing worse than Idiotic Island, but accidentally says this in front of Paper. They scream with everyone, thinking Evil Paper will return, but is un-amused when it turns out to be just a sneeze. Paintbrush decides to sit on OJ's bleachers, thinking he will win, despite voting for him in the previous episode. They also comment about the numerous challenges OJ and Taco must compete in, receiving a rather rude comment about their gender mystery from MePhone4.

In Journey Through Memory Lane (Part 2), along with the rest of OJ's fans, Paintbrush sits and looks quite worried as OJ and Taco run for the finish line. They are seen later in shock after MePhone4, MePhone5 and Bow fall off the Crappy Cliff. Paintbrush ends up being the person to slide the bar on MePhone4S to downgrade him into MePhone4, only to be mortified by MePhone4's old voice. Paintbrush also shows disgust in OJ's speech, after mentioning elephant feces. OJ ends up spending his million dollars on all of his friends, including Paintbrush.

Inanimate Insanity II[]

2 uosɐǝS uı ɥsnɹqʇuıɐԀ

Paintbrush is confirmed for Season 2.

Paintbrush was officially confirmed as a returning character in Season 2, which was found out to be the prize at the end of AnimationEpic's scavenger hunt. However, the video was deleted by Post Dede, and re-confirmed in one of TheTGrodz's videos.

"Breaking The Ice"[]

Paintbrush, along with the rest of the cast, are dancing in a room of Hotel OJ. Once a plane becomes apparent, Paintbrush points this out, but receives responses questioning their gender. Paintbrush is the first person to be chosen into Season 2 by the slot machine, and is about to ask a question, but is once again interrupted by MePhone4. They and Lightbulb converse about the new mean character, and how he will probably get out early. Later, Paintbrush is the first character to welcome the newbies, though Lightbulb attempts to stop them, but they are happily greeted by Microphone. Once the ice-breakers challenge begins, Paintbrush pops Balloon with no hesitation. They are upset later as Cherries speaks in disgust about them, causing Paintbrush to accidentally back up and bump into Microphone, who screams and sends them flying off the glacier. Paintbrush is later chosen onto Lightbulb's Team Bright Lights, notably that Knife becomes upset that they don't have "her" for their team. As the next challenge starts as a dodgeball game, Paintbrush once again pops Balloon in seconds of the challenge. They later catch Nickel's dodgeball, and mocks him being armless. Paintbrush, along with the rest of the Bright Lights, are hit by Microphone's dodgeball bombard, causing the remaining team to be out.

Nop

"Marsh on Mars"[]

They were declared safe at 88 votes, the least amount. During the challenge, they asked Lightbulb for permission to have Test Tube build the rocket, but Lightbulb refused. They got tools from Suitcase and gave them to Test Tube so that she can build a rocket. They told Lightbulb that they were right, but Lightbulb treated it like a one-timer. They asked for volunteers, which became Apple, Fan, and Yin-Yang. Because the Slams arrived earlier, the Lights were put up for elimination again.

"Tri Your Best"[]

Paintbrush was declared safe at 172 votes. They confront a relaxing Lightbulb, who picks "Circular Black-and-white Bros" (Which Paintbrush points out as Yin-Yang), Test Tube, and Paper (who she mistakes Fan's name as Paper, though Paintbrush proves Lightbulb's point by asking him about his substance) Thanks to Fan tricking Microphone into screaming so he can accelerate further, the Lights finally win.

"Cooking for the Grater Good"[]

Paintbrush disliked Lightbulb's cookie idea. After a brief argument with Lightbulb, they take over as team captain for the day and send her to the Calm-Down Corner. After Yin-Yang took the uncooked pizza and ate it, Paintbrush sends him to the Calm-down Corner. Lightbulb's idea, however, pleased all the other Lights except for Paintbrush. This idea worked and the Lights won again.

"A Kick in the Right Direction"[]

Paintbrush answers Nickel's question about what kind of box Box was, with Lightbulb response indicating that she thinks Paintbrush is a girl: ("Painty, tall fella, brush-gal!") Paintbrush later, along with the other contestants, reacts in shock when Apple mentions Taco. When Dough mentioned to do a bear competition instead of soccer (cause they're "totally, like, awesome."), but Paintbrush questions if he was addicted to stairs earlier. Shortly before the challenge, Paintbrush sighs and walks up to Lightbulb. (Seemingly) trying to ask nicely, they hesitantly compliment Lightbulb for winning the last challenge, and then says that she must not do anything stupid. When Lightbulb responses enthusiastically, Paintbrush responds with an uncertain tone, but they shrug it off.. Later, during the challenge, Marshmallow passes the ball to Paintbrush, who ran to the goal along with the ball, only to be pushed over by Baseball, seemingly damaging their face and hair/bristles. Still in pain, they compliment Fan for blocking the ball. Paintbrush later cheers, along with the other Bright Lights, after shooting the ball into the goal. Later, she mentions 'someone' has been acting pretty offensive, and says 'that somebody' deserves to go to the Calm Down Corner. Something new was witnessed for the first time on the walls, that says "I'm coming..." It is unknown if it was Paintbrush who wrote this.

"Let 'Er R.I.P."[]

Paintbrush was seen sliding behind a bush, along with Marshmallow. They mention that they're thankful to know that someone on her team still appreciates them. When Marshmallow mentions her guilty feelings about Bow, Paintbrush tells her not to worry, and that they are sure Bow would have understood that she was just trying to save MePhone4 in the season 1 finale. When MePhone5S teleports into Marshmallow's place, Paintbrush watches in horror as Marshmallow was sent flying. When Marshmallow ran away from Apple, Paintbrush's hair/bristles were seen at the bush, telling they had seen the whole situation of the two MePhones. During elimination, Paintbrush was one of the bottom two along with Yin-Yang. They reacted annoyed when the two personalities once again argued. They were concluded safe with 946 votes. They express their happiness, only to, seconds later, just avoided being hit by a pumpkin. During the challenge, Paintbrush was scared by Lightbulb, until they realized there's no danger going on. They question if Lightbulb's there to send Paintbrush to the Calm Down Corner, like she did in the previous episode, only to get a rap-response from the former. Paintbrush mentions, speaking of bright, that it's so dark that they can't see anything. They then compliment Lightbulb and her idea of turning herself on being really handy, but then hastily changes it to a much more hostile response. When Paintbrush's hair/bristles were possessed, they shrieked in pain. They mentioned to a calm Lightbulb that they weren't floating around on purpose, only to, seconds later, be sent out of the mansion along with Lightbulb. Their team loses in the end, putting Paintbrush's team up for elimination.

"Everything's A-OJ"[]

Paintbrush sits on the bleachers during the court session of Hotel OJ vs MePhone4. If they were moved too by Box's silent testimony is unknown. After the session, Paintbrush lies and says that they won the last contest, whilst hugging Fan and Marshmallow. They ask the other Bright Lights to not say anything in order to stay in the game, wich everyone agreed to. They interrupt Test Tube, who wanted to admit that they lost last time, claiming that they "lost their spirits" as opposed to actually losing.

Later, at the beginning of the challenge, they mention that Soap will be a major threat, and encourages their team to have plans. They later disagrees with Fan's theory, mentioning they can't rely on coincidences. When Fan offers some popcorn to Paintbrush, they seem to accept for a moment, only to slap away the bag of popcorn. When Test Tube agrees with Fan, Paintbrush asks Marshmallow to back her up, but did not due to her fights with Apple. Paintbrush is upset that nobody will help them, when Lightbulb volunteers to help. Paintbrush thanks her, only to see Lightbulb shatters seconds later.

During "Keep on Cleaning", Paintbrush gets a singing line, in which they mention how "everyone seems lazy, while they're going crazy to clean up the mess that others will leave." During the final shot of the song, they are seen standing on a ladder with an upset look on their face.

Later, they sigh in relief, thinking that they have finished cleaning the hotel for the most part, but it only turns out that they have cleaned a lot less than half of it. They then state that they were losing patience and they start complaining that no one will help them, when the ice bag Cheesy threw hits the ladder they are standing on, causing them to fall down and get crushed by the ladder.

Paintbrush starts to get angry, until they lose it and yells at Fan that they are the only one contributing to the team, only to gain a laughing response from Fan. They then asks if he's enjoying the show, then grabs something that seems to be the only thing Fan ever held dear: the Martian egg he picked up from Mars in Marsh on Mars. Paintbrush shouts out that Fan acts like he's a spectator that nothing can leave an impact on, to then threaten to destroy his precious egg. Paintbrush seems to actually smash the egg, until time seems to stop, and Paintbrush tells themself to pull it together before they do something they regret. However, before they can do anything, they trip, and the egg fell out of their hands, but the egg was saved by Test Tube. Paintbrush still huffs after their anger outburst, and tries to apologize to Fan, though unsuccessful, gaining an upset response instead.

"Theft and Battery"[]

Paintbrush is not seen in the beginning. Paintbrush is then seen with Lightbulb. After Test Tube threw rice on MePhone4's dead body, Paintbrush said it only works for water damage and- then Lightbulb interrupts them.

After Paintbrush tapsMePhone6+

Lightbulb throws soy sauce on MePhone4, but this miserably fails, causing Paintbrush to glare at her.

Paintbrush, in the hot air balloon, says they're impressed with Fan and Test Tube, with Test Tube wondering if Paintbrush was a Meeple fan as well, but Paintbrush says that they're impressed that they're doing something. Paintbrush claims their team is going to win either way, yelling at Fan that it was only because of his theory. MePad tries to calm them down, playing waterfall sounds to soothe them, and while they initially decline, Paintbrush calms down as well as the rest of the team. Meanwhile, Soap throws Toilet at their hot air balloon, causing their balloon goes off course. Paintbrush isn't seen until later on in the episode.

When Paintbrush is at MeCloud, they just walk around. Steve Cobs asked if they needed a MePhone4 cure. After, Paintbrush is walking following Steve Cobs. After that, Paintbrush is staring angrily at Steve Cobs while he is saying "Tic, Tock" repeatedly. A long time after that, when Steve Cobs wants Fan's egg, Paintbrush told him to "stop getting all creepy".

After Suitcase kicks the MePhone4 battery out from pressure, Paintbrush catches it and the team flees MeCloud. Paintbrush and the 4 other Bright Lights run out and go to the pathway, but suddenly, MePhone6+ appears. Paintbrush taps MePhone6+, causing him to fall to his death, and they run to the balloon, but Toilet is in there. Toilet then vomits out Knife and uses Knife to cut the ropes, causing everyone to fall.

After MePad and Toilet make amends, Paintbrush says they are going to die, so MePad teleports them to the ground. Toilet apologises for what he did and they repair MePhone. Their team won, sparing them from elimination.

"Rain On Your Charade"[]

Paintbrush partakes in the filler fake bottle cap collection finding challenge, apparently protesting with a sign that says "FIND THE BOTTLE CAPS OR DEATH" and holding a megaphone, but Marshmallow interrupts the fiasco by coughing rather violently. Afterwards, they, along with the other remaining contestants, heard Microphone screaming and Paintbrush covered their ears. (do they even have any? no one knows.) They are not seen for the rest of the episode.

"Alternate Reality Show"[]

Paintbrush had a small fight with Lightbulb before the challenge. The teams were merged, and they were given "pressure" by MePhone4 to do well at the painting challenge. After Test Tube and Lightbulb's time traveling adventure, they created a painting of Steve Cobs, which MePhone4 doesn't like. They destroyed all the other contestants paintings in an accidental fit of rage, giving Suitcase immunity by default. They confesses their dislike of Knife, which angers him. At the elimination ceremony, they received 3 votes from Baseball, Knife, and Microphone; which is more than anyone else received. They were eliminated, placing 8th. They walked through the Rejection Portal, where they talked to Salt and Pepper at Hotel OJ.

"Hatching the Plan"[]

Paintbrush thinks Fan is talking to himself again, they correct fan for thinking the show parameters are in his mind and that there are show parameters in place, After Fan leaves his room, Paintbrush warns him that they can't leave their room, Paintbrush hears the accident between Fan and Trophy, Tissues mistakes Paintbrush for the sound and tells them to quiet down.

Inanimate Insanity Invitational[]

"Stranded in Paradise"[]

Paintbrush was one of the returning characters that were on vacation to Spoiled Lemon's live resort, Paintbrush is relaxing until they were interrupted by a sudden bang from the boat, Paintbrush walks over to Test Tube and Yin-Yang and asks them to keep their mouth closed for more than 2 seconds.

After Yin-Yang caught Box in their fishing rod, water splashes all over Paintbrush. Nickel tells them that they are almost to their destination. Paintbrush is happy to be aware of that and wants to finally catch a break. They share their opinion about Spoiled Lemon’s beats, which they all believe they're going to see, saying they're not that big of a fan but they're still excited to see them nonetheless.

After hearing the loud bang for the second time, Paintbrush thought Yin-Yang and Test Tube did the sound again. Test Tube points out the steering wheel of the boat is moving on its own, and Paintbrush demands to see a boat addressing the apparently sentient boat as Boaty. Later, they scream along with everyone else before the boat crashes

When the returning characters get stranded on an island, Paintbrush responds to Fan's dramatic quip, screaming that they're all stranded.

Paintbrush is part of the Yellow Team, with OJ, The Floor, Yin-Yang, Candle, and Silver Spoon. When The Floor is revealed to have sentience, Paintbrush is irritated that the ground can have a face, questioning what sense it makes.

The first challenge is to jump off of a cliff and land in a pipe. Whilst discussing a game plan, Paintbrush lightheartedly thanks OJ for his twirl, and then twirls themselves. Paintbrush also brings up practicing a routine, before Yin-Yang kicks both them and OJ off the cliff and into the pipe.

"The Shame of the Name"[]

Paintbrush is seen at Boaty's funeral. They appear to ask Test Tube something at the end of the service, though they are inaudible.

The challenge is to give the teams a new team name, with the worst one putting the team up for elimination. The Floor informs Paintbrush's team that the Blue Team is naming themselves The Sinkers, which offends Paintbrush. Paintbrush says that the name is "too soon" and that Boaty never knew what hit them. Whilst their team discusses a name, Paintbrush proposes of thinking of a one-up to The Sinkers' name. Candle gets the team arranged in a circle after the team experiences too much tension, and everyone, Paintbrush included, joins her for a deep breath as well as all of the team members linking their minds. Paintbrush thinks, and gets an idea, almost announcing it before getting interrupted by OJ, having the same idea: The Thinkers.

When time is up to create team names, MePhone asks for Paintbrush's team name first. OJ is about to announce the name, but gets interrupted by Paintbrush in return for earlier. Paintbrush announces that they are proud to be called The Thinkers. Balloon calls out the team for stealing his teams' name, to which Paintbrush smugly replies that they were just creatively inspired.

"Snapshot Showdown"[]

When MePhone4 announces that the challenge to take embarrassing photos of other teams will last 24 hours, Paintbrush is shocked, alongside some others.

Paintbrush notices that The Sinkers didn't grab a single camera from the shelf. They conclude that, if The Sinkers want any chance at winning, they'll have to come back to the shelf. Paintbrush then begins, "And when they do..." but gets interrupted by OJ.

Later on at night, Paintbrush is tired, and insists there must be something the team can do, wondering how they can last 24 hours without sleeping. The Floor startles both Paintbrush and OJ, announcing that The Sinkers' plan is to scare everyone, to which Paintbrush sarcastically asks him if that was his plan. Paintbrush also asks him how he knows. Later on, when The Sinkers don't show up, The Floor opens up about hearing the team potentially change their strategy, and Paintbrush yells at him, stating that was important to mention before.

Eventually, after The Pinkers and The Thinkers duke it out unsuccessfully, OJ mentions that Paintbrush impressed them. Paintbrush then talks about how they negotiated the "Great Truce of 3:30 AM". They didn't sleep until 5 due to the negotiations taking place, and nothing was signed due to everyone passing out from boredom, but that was Paintbrush's plan.

After the challenge ends, The Thinkers submit an embarrassing photo of Goo with pinecones, but MePhone finds it endearing and that he can't judge. Paintbrush points out that MePhone judges them all the time, to which MePhone warns that he didn't like that they said that, and he'll remember they said it for a long time.

"The Overthinkers"[]

The challenge is to climb to the top of the volcano and hit a button at the top. Paintbrush tells The Floor that if he can scare Goo off, their team can send a Pinker home. However, OJ tells him to not waste his time and just come up. After The Floor spends some time doing nothing because he doesn't know which order to listen to, Paintbrush yells his name again to get him up. Unfortunately, because The Floor couldn't press the button, The Thinkers are up for elimination for the first time.

MePhone4 introduces The Thinkers to the elimination button, which they must press after they've decided who to eliminate. MePhone also ominously warns them that if they take too long, they'll know. OJ whispers to Paintbrush to just eliminate the person who lost the challenge for the team today, to which Paintbrush sarcastically and angrily adds that he's the one who gives them all heart attacks on a daily basis and is standing behind them right now. OJ then points out Candle helping Yin-Yang back up, which Paintbrush agrees is sweet. OJ tells Yin-Yang to press the button, but after Silver Spoon puts uncertainty onto Paintbrush, they exclaim that the team's doing this wrong, and that they need to think together. They then declare that that's the team's second challenge for today. They think it'll be fun, and ask Silver to prepare some invites.

On the first invitation to a meeting, Paintbrush is opting to eliminate The Floor, adding that they'll finally have their privacy back. Indecisive, Paintbrush also points out that they need The Floor's ability to transport himself, adding that he's sometimes good at challenges and is also great at gathering intel. The Floor then pops back in from his distraction, so Paintbrush proposes trying one more option for safety.

The next target for elimination is Yin-Yang, which Paintbrush hypes up as a two-in-one elimination. Though the team is mostly in agreement, Silver Spoon proposes eliminating Candle instead. Paintbrush states that they're not eliminating Candle because she's the best one at keeping the team together, unlike Silver Spoon...

Whilst discussing eliminating Silver Spoon, OJ adds that he's probably rich already, and Paintbrush points out that he already won a season.

Soon after, in Candle's absence, Yang wants to start up a boys' club. Paintbrush states that they're nonbinary. OJ gets tired of hearing the discussion, and states that he'll make the decision. Paintbrush dissents, not wanting OJ to make the decisions for everyone, as they're a team. Just then, MePhone's text-to-speech turns on again, telling The Thinkers they have 10 minutes to decide a vote before he picks someone at random. Paintbrush frets over a random vote after all the planning the team has done.

Yin-Yang buries the button in Dr. Fizz cans. Paintbrush begins to plan to bolt through the cans and press the button, the team can strategize last second. Paintbrush then backtracks, questioning if they should have a meeting, but they get interrupted by OJ. OJ starts yelling, saying the team just needed to listen to him, and have one leader. Paintbrush's hair then explodes into flames, and they yell at OJ about not managing the team like they're back at the hotel, before the both of them get interrupted by The Floor. After The Floor tells them just to vote and get back to fun, Paintbrush thanks him for speaking up, agreeing to get the button pressed. In the Calm-Down Cabana, Paintbrush expresses they think they should take a back seat.

Silver Spoon convinces The Thinkers to vote for Yin-Yang that night, but it is revealed that Yin-Yang got the immunity vote from the viewers, much to the surprise of Paintbrush and OJ. Silver Spoon and Candle successfully got OJ eliminated due to Silver's trick, and Silver brags continuously about it until Paintbrush yells at him that that's enough. OJ believes the team really needs a new leader now, but Paintbrush points out that the team's always pulled through together. Paintbrush then wishes OJ good luck back at the hotel. They then check in on and apologize to Yin-Yang, The Floor, and Candle. Candle congratulates Paintbrush on their promotion, to which Paintbrush decides The Thinkers are better off without a leader, and are smarter together. Paintbrush agrees to join a group cheer, where they all yell "Thinkers forever!"

"Tragedy at 60 Feet"[]

The challenge is to protect an egg from a cliff drop with a contraption.

Paintbrush and Candle are about to talk about a plan for the challenge, but keep talking over each other and awkwardly apologizing, offering to let each other speak. The Floor suggests each team member build one side of a contraption, which Paintbrush and Candle simultaneously agree with. They apologize to each other again, and Paintbrush suggests they stop doing this.

The Thinkers finish their underwhelming five-sided cubic contraption, which Yin-Yang criticizes for barely holding together. Paintbrush spins it by pointing out that their team is being held together, and that's what counts. The egg ends up passing through it and breaking on the ground due to the box only having five sides. Paintbrush almost erupts with rage, but they stop themselves, putting aside their thoughts and asking if anyone else on their team has suggestions.

Despite Silver Spoon's plan for his team (involving Paintbrush digging in the ground), the challenge, and elimination, is cancelled due to Box getting injured and being pulled from the competition.

"Try Not To Laugh Challenge"[]

Paintbrush, along with the other contestants, laughs at an apparently funny note on a sheet of paper.

Paintbrush is not one of the three on their team chosen to compete in the challenge. They stand on the sidelines instead with Silver Spoon. When Candle laughs and becomes the first out of the challenge, Silver Spoon remarks that he'd never break. Paintbrush counters that he laughs whenever Nickel walks by, and Silver Spoon laughs at Nickel being the "embodiment of the most meager of wealth." Paintbrush then asks him about a penny, which confuses him. The Floor, who is meant to make other teams laugh during the challenge, also hides in the Calm-Down Cabana for twenty minutes, until Paintbrush calls for him.

When Bot makes a sour cream joke, referencing Taco, Paintbrush boos them. They yell that the joke's in really bad taste now, and that Bot (under the Bow alias) should go back to the chair jokes.

When Tea Kettle tries to send the funny note from the beginning of the episode to The Pinkers, Bot references Paintbrush's "amazing dodging skills" from Season 1 with their "amazing catching skills." Paintbrush gasps, simply whispering "My thing..."

When The Floor is too nervous to try and make others laugh, Silver Spoon asks Paintbrush who they're voting for tonight. Irritated, Paintbrush asks if he could put more of his attitude towards helping the team. Silver Spoon states that when he wins, the team will matter quite little. Paintbrush remarks that they won't care when he jumps ship once the teams merge. Paintbrush tells him, however, that he's stuck with the team right now, and that he should start learning when to help out and when to step back.

The Thinkers end up being safe from elimination, and Candle thanks Silver Spoon for his help. Paintbrush tells him to feel free to help out more often. Silver Spoon then designates himself as the team's "Royal Advisor," and Paintbrush is deeply shocked.

"Best Served Cold"[]

Paintbrush enters with all the other contestants when MePhone4 gets the idea to disarrange all of the teams from a sign on Candle's stand and screams with everyone else when MePhone prompts them to with the letter "A".

Paintbrush is moved to The New Pinkers, and is now on a team with Cabby, Balloon, Bot, Silver Spoon, and Test Tube. They are about to angrily lament about being stuck with Silver Spoon, but they see Test Tube, and casually greet her instead. MePhone blames Cabby for him ruining the teams, and Paintbrush judges her alongside some others.

MePhone announces that he's hungry, and Paintbrush guesses that he's in the mood for pizza. Clover guesses mile high pie, shocking everyone including Paintbrush, and MePhone announces that the challenge is to make him an accurately tall mile high pie. Paintbrush is annoyed by Silver Spoon commanding them to stack the ice cream.

Paintbrush gets ice cream in their bristles as Silver Spoon continues to taunt them. Test Tube uses Cabby's file to confirm that Silver Spoon is taller than Paintbrush, and Paintbrush angrily shouts "What?!" as Silver Spoon insults their hair. Silver Spoon is then appalled when Cabby suggests he stack the ice cream. In the Calm-Down Cabana, Paintbrush expresses that they thought Silver Spoon was "finally getting better" back on The Thinkers. Now, however, he's just a "royal pain in [their]-" and the episode cuts to Silver Spoon saying, "as", implying Paintbrush swore.

When Paintbrush finishes stacking the ice cream, Silver Spoon mocks their work for being messy, causing them to grumble. At their limit, Paintbrush's hair explodes into flames as they yell in rage. The fire blasts into the mile high pie, shortening it slightly, and also damages the platform Silver Spoon is standing on. He loses his balance and falls face first into the pie, and Paintbrush's anger quickly turns to laughter at Silver Spoon being stuck in the ice cream.

Unfortunately, due to the height being shortened from Paintbrush's fire, the New Pinkers lose. In the Calm-Down Cabana, Paintbrush regretfully states that they lost it again and might be "in for it tonight". They start to chuckle, however, as they comment that it was worth it to see Silver Spoon stuck in the pie.

At the elimination, Test Tube hands all of her team members Cabby's files on them, and they all vote for her in retaliation. Paintbrush denies obsessing over their hair, only to flinch at a little bit of ice cream stuck in it immediately after.

"Out of Body Experience"[]

Paintbrush appears on live television during the announcement of the Inanimate Insanity Invitational television episode, mentioning it's beginning just in time for the Groscers submission. Paintbrush adds that it includes a category for Best Reality Show Star, implying that they aim to get the award. Distracting from Clover and Silver Spoon, Paintbrush also brings up that MePhone4 is fixing a bridge for his new challenge, adding that it's a challenge that might make their face a star's face. They then tell the viewers to keep watching.

Paintbrush poses for a photo with all of the other contestants, but unfortunately, everyone gets crushed by one of the pillars of MePhone's bridge, and they die.

MePhone attempts to recover all of the dead contestants at once. This causes them to swap bodies, and Paintbrush body swaps with The Floor. Balloon, who swapped with Goo, points out he lost all his limbs, and Paintbrush sarcastically remarks that it can't get any worse than that. Paintbrush then angrily points out that they lost their whole body. Smugly, now having Paintbrush's body, The Floor tells them that that sucks to hear. Paintbrush fearfully apologizes to The Floor, taking back every time they stepped on him. They tell The Floor that today is their big chance at an award, and at stardom. They beg The Floor to not make them look weird out there. Casually, The Floor asks how he could do that given he can barely even stand up, and Paintbrush gasps in fear.

Paintbrush and The Floor face off against each other in the bridge crossing challenge. Ballpoint Pen talks to The Floor, thinking Paintbrush is roleplaying as him, and states that Paintbrush is a frontrunner for Best Reality Show Star. Quietly, Paintbrush is pleasantly surprised, but says "oh no" in fear when The Floor claims he's very experienced with running, when, in the literal sense, he very much isn't. In the Calm-Down Cabana, Paintbrush fearfully states that The Floor is living their dream and making it their nightmare. They resolve to stop it. They attempt to move on the bridge, but, being The Floor, they're anchored to their spot.

They impatiently ask The Floor how he moves. The Floor makes two popping sounds in demonstration of his teleportation, calling it common sense, but Paintbrush shouts that it isn't for them. The Floor then suggests, with popping sounds, that Paintbrush take their mind away from where they are, and bring it where they want to go. More confidently, Paintbrush states they can try that. However, they stop and ask The Floor where he goes between pops. The Floor vaguely answers "the red spot", angering and scaring Paintbrush. Paintbrush frantically asks how he'd come back from "the red spot" but The Floor only answers that that'd take time to explain, asking if Paintbrush could answer his question first. The Floor is about to ask about shoulders, but Paintbrush decides on the dot to wing it, successfully teleporting from their side of the bridge to the center and winning a point for their team. Paintbrush states in awe that their experience was astonishing, and that they went on a "downright cosmic" journey. They ask if nobody saw that, to which ch The Floor sadly replies that they never do. Resolved, Paintbrush concludes that attention isn't everything.

Silver Spoon accidentally kills all of the swapped contestants with a giant lit match, including Paintbrush, and MePhone recovers everyone back into their own bodies.

"Title TBD"[]

MePhone4 compliments the final 10 contestants by falsifying a 10/10 review from Ballpoint Pen. He tells the contestants that they're "crushing it", causing everyone to groan, given they were all crushed to death last episode.

The challenge is to create a cartoon, with each team having 5 separate roles in the animation process to fill. Paintbrush thanks Bot for opening up to everyone about not being Bow, and they reassure them that everyone is here for them, and they can be anything they want. Bot then quickly expresses wanting to be the artist, and Paintbrush asks if they're sure, since they wanted the artist role. Paintbrush is then about to settle for the writer role, but they see Silver Spoon is already smugly typing away at a type writer as he implies Paintbrush go for the craft services role. Paintbrush then pushes his typewriter off his desk, mocking his accent and asking him rhetorically how he is going to continue without his equipment. Silver Spoon guffaws in offense, telling Paintbrush to perish the thought of u-slurping" him from his throne. Test Tube, who took the role as the passive director, then interrupts their argument. She assigns them roles as co-writers, taking both of them by surprise.

Later on, Paintbrush complains to Test Tube that Silver Spoon is forcing them to email all of their script suggestions, only for them to recieve "out of office" replies. Paintbrush loudly points out that Silver Spoon is literally standing near them, and Silver Spoon accuses them of creating a toxic workplace. Test Tube tells them to bring what excites both of them to the table and mesh it together. Silver Spoon and Paintbrush put their hands behind their backs and reluctantly agree, with Paintbrush commenting that their emails could have more delicately worded than "Dear, Imbecile".

When Paintbrush and Silver Spoon finish their script, they proudly present it to Test Tube, with Paintbrush saying that her directing advice was a game-changer. They describe themselves and Silver Spoon as being, "vulnerable, passionate, and empathetic." Paintbrush states that the script is the best thing they've ever made, and Silver Spoon proudly holds the script up with them, correcting that it's the best thing the two of them have ever made. Test Tube realizes soon after that the team needs money to animate their cartoon. They all remember Balloon, but then Paintbrush, Silver Spoon, and Test Tube suddenly grow weak and unable to run to him, with Paintbrush desperately asking what's happening. Test Tube distressingly yells that the team forgot about craft services, who was supposed to feed the crew, as Paintbrush and Silver Spoon collapse to the ground.

Balloon returns to the exhausted team near the end of the challenge, with Paintbrush running over to him and asking where their budget is. The team is disappointed in the fact that Balloon only raised 20 dollars, but nonetheless, they're the first to put their work into the Animation Machine, with Paintbrush and Silver Spoon putting their hands on each other's backs. When the animation only plays for a few seconds due to the budget, Paintbrush expresses frustration, stating that the two of them worked so hard to perfect their script.

Due to The New Thinkers' cartoon having a long, confusing, and unenjoyable script, The New Pinkers win the challenge despite their low budget. MePhone4 solely credits Test Tube for their victory, and the team (minus Balloon) cheers her on, including Paintbrush.
